Dark Reader--Reveiw
Dark Dreams-Tales of Terror
edited by Rebecca Besser
What Dark Reader Says:
Dark Dreams is a short collection featuring 7 short horror stories.
This is the perfect read for a road trip or a day at the beach. From haunted libraries to fairy sacrifices, ghouls living under a skating rink to ghosts that need to be comforted by the living, to a vampire without a heart-literally. This short collection touches upon many childhood fears and may bring those to resurface if you're an adult. (Which I am...but I'm not telling which stories plagued my dreams.)
The only down side to this collection: I wanted more once I was done! :)

-The whole thing left a bitter taste in her mouth.
-I want to go home.
-Candle wax dripped.
-Dagger in the lake.
-Frost on the window frames.
-He laid down the knife and looked at his hands.
-Her strength began to drain away.
-I will be yours forever and ever.
-On the top shelf, way at the back, he found…..
-Sit down and hush up.
-Long afterward, I came upon it again.
-The love of my life…..
-Kiss the cowboy.
-This is what you can see by starlight.
-A gracious rain.
-Why I am a danger to the public.
-It was as if…..

Voice of the Bards - Contemporary Verse of Myths, Fairy Tales and Legends – exquisite poems that will take you on quite an adventure. ~ Chris Bartholomew, Static Movement The Voice of the Bards is a wonderful edition to any library. It has a brilliant range, of both whimsical and dark fantasy poetry, that draw the reader right in. They paint a beautiful picture and give great insight into the poets' imagination. A fine example of what good writing is all about. ~ Karl Ekstrom, author Ravencroft, The Artifact War.
